Please read the following carefully:

1. All orders are custom and made to order. Due to this we are unable to accept any exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing.

2. Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes so please ensure order accuracy (size, spelling of name etc.) prior to final submission.

3. All orders will be completed and ready for pick up approximately 3-4 weeks after the online store closes. All orders are produced in bulk.

4. If you have chosen Club Distribution your order will be shipped to Orillia Source for Sports. You will be e-mailed once your order is available there for pick-up. If you chose Residential Shipping, you will receive an e-mail when it is shipped via Canada Post. (Due to the recent Canada Post strike, we will be shipping orders with an alternative carrier until further notice)
